With hotel:                       3200 NOK

Without hotel, with dinner 3th:             2550 NOK

Without hotel and dinner:                    2190 NOK

This covers the conference, one night at the hotel from the 3-4th  including breakfast, Coffee breaks, Lunch both days and a 3-course dinner at the evening the 3th. There is also an option to join the conference without staying at the hotel (with or without dinner on the 3th)

If you want to be sure to get a room at the hotel, register before april 4th.

How to get there

The closest airport is Torp Sandefjord (TRF), with a 20 min train trip to Tønsberg. Oslo Airport (OSL) is about 2 hours away with train.

Tønsberg is easy to access by train (R11), and they leave to and from Oslo at least once every hour from early morning to late night NSB. For local buses see

The hotel is in the city center of Tønsberg, situated in the east of Norway 100km south of Oslo. There is indoor parking available at the hotel (for a fee).

Arriving in Tønsberg by train or bus, the hotel is about a 10-12 minute walk (1km) from the train or bus station.

Payment, Cancelation policy


After registration you will receive an invoice with a reference code to your registered E-mail. This needs to be payed within 14 days.

We advise you to have valid travel insurance in case something happens, and you will have to cancel your attendance. As this registration form also is your hotel booking, there might be a cancellation fee depending on how long before the event you cancel. This fee will cover the cost for organizers to cancel your hotel booking


It is also possible to transfer your registration to a colleague, with no extra fee. If so, contact us and we will make sure we get the information we need. All cancellations or changes must be sent in writing via e-mail to

The organizer is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations if occurring after 24th of April, and is why we strongly advise you to have valid travel insurance.

If the conference for some reason should be canceled from the organizers side, you will be notified by mail, and your payment will be reimbursed within three weeks (Force Majeure, causes out of our control, or less than 40 registered participants by 3th of April)

Cancelation fees:


Before 3th April:              100% of the registration fee will be refunded

4-23th April:                      80% of the registration fee will be refunded

From 24th April or no-show: No refund
